The Jersey Wolves triumphed 4-2 over the Nutley Clifton Hockey Club in a thrilling game in which Brendan Burt scored the game winning goal.
Sawye r Hall opened the scoring for the Hockey Wolves in Period 1, with Mike Sandels tying things up for Nutley shortly after. Jair Rodriguez restored the Wolves lead shortly afterwards with his own goal in Period 2, only for Lucas McGraw to quickly tie things anew. Brandon Wong then gave Nutley the lead, but Thaddeus Betkowski equalized for Jersey before Burts sensational third-period goal stunned Nutley and secured victory for the Wolves.
