In an exciting hockey game between the Landsharks and Team Iceland, the Landsharks managed to secure a victory of 7-5. The home teams Steven Aracri, Steven Sharkey, Sam Hecht, James Cody, Joseph Maddalena, John Barker, Brian Andruszkiewicz, Bryan Rosen, Matthew Ellner, Steven Zawalich and Garry Knott were all on top of their game with scoring goals throughout the first three periods. Goals scored by Rosen (2), Barker (2), Zawalich, Litterine and Knott all proved decisive in securing the win for the Landsharks. Meanwhile for Team Iceland goals from Lim, Martelli (2), Shea and Caroff provided a formidable attempt at countering the aggressive play of the home team. Goalies John Barker for the Landsharks and Nelson Ortiz for Team Iceland remained in net for 45 minutes each with John registering 3 against 7 goals allowed by Nelson respectively. The night proved to be one of great achievement for both teams; however it ultimately ended in success for the home team. Congratulations to both teams on a spectacular match!
