New York Apple Core Win Thrilling Hockey Match

The New York Apple core team took a thrilling match against Saratoga Youth Hockey, with a final score of 5-4 in overtime. Alex Cutier opened up the scoring for New York Apple Core with a goal in the first period, assisted by Nathaniel Garofalo. Brenden Gilooly tied it up for Saratoga shortly after, however it was Maddox Pemricks power play goal in the second period that gave the Youth Hockey Team a much needed lead. Ryan Nichols then scored two key power-play goals, one being the game winning goal, assisted by Nathaniel Garofalo and Gavin Nichols. During overtime, Nathaniel Garofalos power-play goal ended the game in dramatic fashion and left both teams filled with excitement and pride at the end of an exciting match.
