The Long Island Sharks did not waste any time in their decisive 10-2 victory over their rivals, the Long Island Enforcers. Alexander Laoutas got th e Sharks on the board early with a goal in the first period, followed by Mingze Shi with a shorthanded and game winning goal in the second period. The rest of the second period saw four more Sharks goals scored by Travis Chang, Lucas Zhen, Alexander Laoutas and Jack Ward, all to give the Sharks an unbeatable 8-0 lead. The third period saw four more Shark goals from Lucas Zhen, Mingze Shi, Charles Dorfman and Nathan Lohan seal the deal for the Sharks with a 10-2 win. The decisive victory was quite an impressive feat for an impressive team.
