The Howard Huskies had a successful night on the ice, thanks in large part to a three-goal performance from Parker Scruggs. Scruggs was credited wi th two goals during the first period, and his third during the second. Each of his goals were assisted by Ryan Steacy, Tommy Layi-ojo, and Ethan Wiater respectively. The Huskies held on to their 4-0 lead until the final whistle, taking home the win with Scruggs hat trick leading the way.
