In a thrilling contest between two of the top hockey clubs in the league, the Sniffy Sticks rallied to defeat the Dancing Bears 3-2. Both teams traded blows throughout regulation, but it was the Sticks who managed to score a game-winning goal in the final moments of the third period. Michael Lamendola made a number of stellar saves in goal for Sniffy Sticks, while Matt Donoghue had an inspired performance for Dancing Bears. Each team had three goal scorers -with Chris Dillner picking up three assists for Sniffy Sticks and Michael Esposito getting one assist for Dancing Bears. The winner of this bout will likely have a huge say in who claims the league title this season.
