The Sawyer Avenue Sharks pulled out a thrilling win on Tuesday night against the SCRAPPERS, taking the game 7-6. After trailing 4-0 at the end of the second period, the Sharks were able to mount an incredible comeback, scoring six of their seven goals in the third period alone. Giorgio Maddalena tended to net for the Scrappers, but ultimately allowed seven goals for his team. Steven Costanzo stood in stark contrast to Maddalena, personally stopping six shots over the course of three periods. The epic clash between these two teams ended up making for an exciting hockey game that ultimately ended in favor of Sawyer Avenue.
