The YitFits were first off the mark with Michael Watson’s goal at 14:10 in the first period. Anthony Modica and Watson both added another goal each in the second period, and goals from Nick Isgro and Modica gave them a slight lead going into the final period. However, the Muckers managed to tie it up with Smith’s goal at 13:17 and then scored two more goals to take home a big upset win.
Christopher Horan led the way for goalie performance on both sides of the ice with 45 minutes of playtime and 0 shots allowed. Andrew Butler was just as impressive for YitFits in stopping 0 shots in his 45 minutes on the ice.
