The Misfits defeated the Century Elevator in an exciting hockey match, 3-2. Chris Bird clinched victory for the Misfits with a hat trick to bring the score to 3-2. M Mike Molz and C Charles Kopf each had an assist on one of Birds goals. For the away team, Matt Creighton scored both goals. Lorenzo Napolitano had an assist on Creightons first goal. Joe Kriedter was the away teams goalie and played a full 45 minutes, but gave up all 3 goals for a 0 save percentage. The win for the home team gives them much needed momentum going into their next game.
