The BDO team defeated the Thunder Buddies 6-3 in a thrilling hockey match on Tuesday. Seth Fass and Matt Jacobs got things rolling for BDO early in the first period, followed by goals from Steve DiPardo, John Geoghan, Keith Linzer, Nicholas Santillo, Matthew Becker and Michael Steinberg. The Thunder Buddies fought back with scores from Peter Cappiello, Josh Gilbert, Chris Larice and Richard Testa, but it wasnt enough to overcome BDOs spirited offensive performance. Goalie Matt Jacobs earned a shutout for BDO with helpful goals by John Oliveira and John Curry helping keep the game close. This victory brings BDO up to two wins in a row against their rivals.
