Leading the team in goals for the Hot Skates OGs was Jonathan Berghorn and Adam Taddeo who opened with score 7:37 into the first period. The Hot Skates OGs then dropped two more goals in overtime, one from Aidan Ryan and another from Matt Russo, bringing their score to 4 unanswered goals from the Buds on Blades. The Buds On Blades made a valiant effort in clawing back as Andrew Barone grabbed his first goal of the game 14:42 into the first period.
