The IVWP Snipers and Team Ultra faced off in an intense hockey game that ended 6-3. Paul Bellard, Patrick DeKenipp, Peter Nawrocki, Rich Rodrigues, Steven Suwalski, George Lindeman, Larry Jordan, Randy Supek, Chris Hoisik, Frank Peretti, Tim McManus, Steven Levy and Christopher Austin played for the home team. Team Ultras roster included Lawrence Turchiaro, Seth Fass, Scott Lofthouse, Peter Demarco Damon Russo Richard Hite Brett Ziegler Chris Padula James Hoffman Mike Ryan and Shawn Stanford.
The first period saw goals by Larry Jordan with an assist by Randy Supek at 8:42 followed shortly by a goal from Frank Peretti with an assist by Supek at 10:48. The second period had Tim McManus score off of a pass from Peretti at 5:26 and again from Steven Levy with an assist from Jordan at 12:03. Peretti scored the final goal for the home team 14:40 into the third period.
For Team Ultras offense came from Richard Hite who scored 6:15 into the second period on a double assist from Scott Lofthouse and Damon Russo. The last goal was scored 14:24 into the second period with another goal from Richard Hite with an assist from James Hoffman and Brett Ziegler to finish 3-6.
Rich Rodrigues started in net for the Snipers while Seth Fass represented Team Ultra as goalie resulting in Rodrigues making 0 saves while Fass held up against 6 shots on net. In the end it was a thrilling game enjoyed by all!
