The IVWP Snipers took on the Relics 40 on Wednesday night, determined to come out on top. The Snipers did not disappoint, taking the game with a final score of 5-3. Peter Nawrocki got the ball (or should we say puck?) rolling in the first period with a goal at 13:28, quickly followed by goals from Larry Jordan and Randy Supek in the second. In an effort to tie up the game, Craig Cacciola scored for the Relics in third period at 1:07. But it wasnt enough, as Paul Bellard added another two goals for the Snipers to pull ahead and secure the victory. Relics goaltender Michael Savvakis had five goals against him with a .000 save percentage, while Ritchie Rodriguez had three goals against him and a .000 save percentage for the Snipers. Thanks to this well fought victory, IVWP Snipers take home the win!
