In a thrilling hockey game, the Wilmington Jr Seahawks came out on top with a 5-1 victory over the Carolina Jr Hurricanes White - 14U Silver. Seabo rn Edmonson kicked off the scoring for the Hurricanes with a goal in the second period, assisted by Dalton Canders and Drew Chapin. The Seahawks dominated from there with Evan Winebar leading the way with two goals and an assist. Daniel Giblin, Benjamin Hanson, Johnny Murray (assisted by Cedric Reeves Tate), William Brosseau III (assisted by Evan Winebar), and Cashius Bossen (assisted by Evan Winebar again) also scored for the Seahawks in the second and third periods. It was clearly a team effort as Winebar earned himself three points en route to victory.
