The Reston Raiders capped off an impressive hockey victory with a flurry of six goals in their match against an undisclosed opponent. In the first period, Connor Morgan scored the game-winning goal with assists from Everett Liu. Jackson Mika and Alexander Oehm also contributed to the first-period scoring.
In the second period, Aleksey Zubarev would score twice, with one assist coming from Jack Spiess. Spiess himself would tally a goal in the second period as well, securing the final score for the Reston Raiders. The team was able to score their six unanswered goals on both power play opportunities and at even strength. After a great performance, both teams can walk away proud of what they were able to accomplish in their match.
