The Long Island Royals snagged a dramatic win over the Long Island Enforcers in an exciting game. The Royals were led by Brett Spiers, who scored t hree goals during the third period alone. Even more impressive, the third goal scored was the game-winning goal for the Royals. The goals by Spiers were assisted by Luke Raeihle and Ryan Trites.
The Enforcers losses was significantly contributed to Dennis Lynch and Patrick Pandolfi who each tallied one goal. Lynchs goal was assisted by Jack Cooke while Pandolfi took a solo trip to find twine. Warren Cheesman assisted Patricks goal bringing total assists to one for the Enforcers. All of this excitement occurred despite neither team scoring a power play or empty net goal at any time during the match.
