The Genesis Hockey Club (Montagna) squad took home a hard-fought victory against the rival Flyers Youth team on Sunday.
The game saw fast scoring, beginning with forward Samuel Reiter of the Genesis Hockey Club (Montagna) putting one in the net just 1:08 into the first period. Just minutes later, Brian Bowman of Flyers Youth evened the score with a flick of his wrist. But then, Owen Brackbill of Genesis found the back of the net with an assist from Devon Purcell, putting his team ahead for good and clinching them their game-winning goal
