Flyers Youth Defeats Mustangs in OT

Flyers Youth earned an important victory over the Mid State Mustangs after emerging victorious in overtime. Pantelis Karakavidis fourth goal of the game tied the score at the end of period two and sent the game into extra time. Justin Reuther stepped up as hero for Flyers Youth, scoring the game-winning goal with three minutes to go and sending his team to victory. Both Marc Celso and Dean Campanaro notched assists on Karakavidis fourth goal, whilst John Paul Hay and Trenton Smith collected assists for Mustangs Isaac Millers sixth goal of the night. The result suggests that Flyers Youth is determined to make its mark in this seasons hockey competition.
