The Capitals Academy emerged victorious in their hockey game against the Exton Kings, with Oliver Black and Connor OSullivan leading the offensive charge.
Black scored first, putting the Capitals Academy ahead 1-0 in the first period at 1:14:22. OSullivan put the game on ice when he scored twice more in the first period, giving his team a 3-0 lead at 01:20:07.
The Kings managed to get on the board in the second period, but it was too late to stop the Caps academy stampede. Reserve Roger Allenbaugh III sealed an insurmountable lead of 4-1 for Capitals Academy when he laced a power play goal with 44 seconds left in the period.
It was a valiant effort from both teams with great performances from players on both sides, but ultimately it was all Caps as they emerged victorious.
